What is Religious Liberty?

Christianity is not a religion of compulsion but of volition. God does not force anyone to believe in Jesus against his will nor forces people to worship in the church against his conscience. The church is a voluntary association of believers. Religious Liberty is freedom of the individual to worship God according to his conscience. We have the freedom to preach and to persuade people but we do not have the freedom to force or persecute others for what they believe.
