It is by dictatorial or authoritarian method, forcing people to follow against their will.
It is servant leadership, leading people by good example and sacrifice, not for money but out of love for God and the people

For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's. (Philippians 2:20-21)

Woe to them...God will punish them for their evil doings.
